Renewal’s Policies

At Renewal Skin Studio, we value your time and strive to provide every client with a relaxing, personalized experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you review our policies below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

No call, no show appointments will be charged 50% of each service booked.

Permanent Makeup and New Client services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

After two no call, no show occurrences, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service total will be required for all future bookings.

Health & Safety

Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to your service.

For your safety, some services may need to be modified or declined.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests unless they are receiving a service.

Age Requirement

Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present during the time of service. Parent or guardian must sign consent form.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards and other forms of payment as listed in-studio.

Gift Card & Product Return

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used toward services or products and do not expire unless part of a promotion. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Promotional/bonus gift cards may have restrictions or expiration dates.

All sales product sales are final.

Right to Refuse Service

Renewal Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or who may compromise the safety or comfort of our staff and clients.
